The Galloway Family began their journey in the dairy industry in the 1800’s, starting as dairy farmers and later known for breeding world class dairy cattle in Wisconsin. In 1939, Edwin P. Galloway showed his 8-year-old Brown Swiss cow named Gloria at the New York World’s Fair, celebrating his record setting cows for highest milk production at the time
Ed Galloway purchased an interest in Neenah Milk Products and continued to serve Wisconsin the finest door-to-door dairy service, providing families with quality milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, ice cream mix and sweetened condensed milk.
Ed Galloway’s sons, Ned, John, and Dick, fully acquire the business and rename it Galloway Company, establishing a family legacy.
Galloway Company begins expanding its product offerings and market reach, focusing on producing bulk dairy products for national markets.
Passing the baton from the 2nd generation to the 3rd, Galloway Company went through a decade of growth, building a new evaporator, expanding ice cream mix capacity, positioning the company for yet another period of growth.
Galloway Company enters the beverage industry, beginning a long history of developing innovative cream liqueurs and other dairy beverage bases.
Classic Mix Partners is formed as a joint venture with Foremost Farms USA, enhancing the company’s capabilities in producing dairy dessert mixes and other specialty products.
Galloway Company purchases Foremost Farms USA’s interest in Classic Mix Partners, becoming the sole owner and further solidifying its market position.
Throughout the 2010s, Galloway Company invested in cutting-edge technology and processes to enhance product quality, sustainability, and efficiency, solidifying its leadership in the industry.
Led by the third and fourth generations of the Galloway family, the company remains committed to innovation, quality, and family values, serving a diverse range of customers worldwide with exceptional dairy ingredients.
